PCC – Partner Competence Center

Enreach in the Netherlands services around 800 Partners that, in turn, sell Enreach’s services to their customer base. The Partner Competence Center supports- and delivers products to those Partners from their base unit in Almere.

We are a team of creative and enthusiastic professionals, striving to deliver state-of-the-art and meaningful contact to Partners solving whatever issue or order they might have.

Over the past years we have adopted the BPM/Lean methodology for Process Management and captured support and delivery processes in our BPM tool Engage. This needs optimisation and finalisation. You’ll:

1. Advise, propose and finalise the specific Lean Methodology for Enreach NL/PCC.

2. Advise, propose and finalise a standard for Proces definition, template, drawing and KPI’s. 

3. Optimise existing processes based on the standards in 2.

4. Complete the Enreach NL/PCC Proces Model.

As metrics and reporting (OKRs) throughout this proces are eminent, support, synchronisation and improvement of proper (existing) tools are an important part of this assignment.

Your work will adhere to Windesheim’s internship proces and the result must be embedded in the standing organisation.
