Aalberts hydronic flow control, headquarters in Almere, consist of multiple brands (Flamco, Comap, Sentinel, UWS, HeatPower24 and Nexus). Aalberts hydronic flow control operates in 43 locations in 23 countries and develops and produces complete hydronic systems – from source to emitter- for heating and cooling systems for architects, specifying institutes and building owners. The systems are designed for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, both new build and renovation. hydronic flow control focus on realising energy efficiency (saving of energy costs and increasing comfort) through improved performance of heating and cooling systems.

Goal of the project

For Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control, we are looking for a student for an internship project. Base Location is Almere.

At Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control we are experiencing a growing demand for product data from the market. This has demanded gradual changes in the processes of the PIM team, from structured alterations to organic developments. As a result existing documentation of the processes has grown obsolete, risking loss of process-knowledge in case of sudden departures or unavailability of team members.

In this project you will be responsible to work with the PIM team on the cataloguing, updating, creation and setting up maintenance for our process-documentation. You will collect the data required to standardize processes and direct the workflow. As the PIM team is responsible for the collection, enrichment and publication of product data, this task reaches across different teams and departments stationed throughout multiple competence-centres. Find and fill gaps in the internal knowledge-base to help bring the team to efficient standards.

Who are we looking for?

– You are a third- or fourth-year student of HBO / WO;

– You are a self-starting student, who can proactively bring this project forward;

– You can communicate with internal and external stakeholders in the right way to gather relevant information. Understanding all stakeholder’s interests is crucial. To transform and combine these different interests is essential for the success of the project;

– You have knowledge of Microsoft Office;

– This is a project in a Dutch team in our international company and communication will take place mainly in Dutch and English.
