Your road to success

Left or right, you as a student in this role, your primary goal is to create a unique master database by integrating data from various back office systems across different countries. You can do this as a student with full focus on:

·         gathering data related to vehicle leases, maintenance costs, customer contracts, and market trends from all European Athlon markets.

·         consolidate this data into a single, cohesive master database, ensuring standardized formats and consistency.

·         analyze the integrated data to determine cost price settings for operating leases, considering factors like vehicle depreciation and maintenance expenses.

·         working closely with teams across different regions to gather, validate, and share data inputs and insights.

·         leverage the master database to uncover trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance business strategies.

 

It is not necessary to work in the office every day. We expect, after making yourself familiar with your colleagues and the tasks in the office, that you will mainly work from home. If necessary, there’s the option to work from our office in Almere. We will make sure you receive the right support and coaching by mail, telephone and by Microsoft Teams.

A challenge for the domain Operations where you as student strengthen credit & asset management & contract. A total of 40 colleagues work on all kinds of financial matters here. Think of checking the creditworthiness of the customer or calculating costs to keep our cars in top condition. You will also find our billing & cloak and back office support in this department that arranges everything about our systems, invoices and checking new contracts.

Absolutely your creativity, time management and adaptability. You also have the drive to manage your own work and bring a lot of motivation. In addition, it is important that:

·         you are currently studying for your Bachelor/Master in the direction of Business Administration, IT or similar.

·         you have experience with SQL.

·         you are fluent in Dutch and English in speaking and writing.

·         you know how to interpret data and know how to make statistical analyses.

·         advantage if you are passionate about cars.
