We are hiring a Global Employer Brand Intern! You will be part of our Global Employer Brand team and work with the Regional Employer Brand Partners across the world to support in creating content, driving impactful campaigns and learn all about how we attract and retain talent at FrieslandCampina.

What we ask

  • You’re a bold, resourceful self-starter with a knack for adding value in unexpected places and you come equipped with the following competencies;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must;
  • Studying a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, media or (digital) marketing, HR or journalism;
  • Social media and online marketing affinity. Relevant experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, video editing or related fields is a plus;
  • Hands-on attitude and very creative; out-of-the-box thinking and doing;
  • Drive to innovate by improving every step of the content creation process;
  • Very fluent in Dutch and English (business level);
  • Available for at least 6 months – preferably starting September 2024.

Your responsibilities

  • Content development for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and our Global Employer Brand Campaign;
  • Community Management for our TikTok channel;
  • Develop and execute communications plans for new employer branding initiatives (referral, employee advocacy);
  • Manage content for internal communication channels;
  • Assist in creating documents, guidelines, and presentations;
  • Support project planning and organization.
