In 1996, InBody Co., Ltd. was founded in Seoul, South Korea to manufacture and promote the InBody body composition measuring device. Since March 2017, InBody Europe BV is a newly established business branch of InBody, located at Gyroscoopweg 122, 1042 AZ Amsterdam in the Netherlands, which focuses on expanding business opportunities within Europe.
Your role and responsibilities?
· Assisting with repair and maintenance work on InBody devices, both on-site and in the workshop, under supervision of experienced technicians.
· Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and guided procedures.
· Supporting the technical team in helping customers with device setup, basic configuration, and system integration.
· Helping to update the ticketing system, draft repair reports, and assist in preparing cost estimates.
· Assisting in coordinating maintenance appointments and parts ordering together with the team.
· Observing and helping during user training sessions (online and on-site) on proper device usage and basic maintenance.
· Develop procedures for the intra-team communication regarding logistics and accounting
Work Environment & Conditions
· Desired start date: As soon as possible
· Work location: Gyroscoopweg 122, 1042 AZ Amsterdam
· Working hours: 40 hours per week (8.30. – 17:00 including 30 mins lunch break)
Who are you?
· You are currently pursuing an HBO degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Accounting or similar field.
· You are proactive, communicative, a problem-solver and customer-oriented
· You speak both Dutch and English well
· Affinity with health, sports, and technology is a plus
· Drivers license B is a plus
